When you purchase this program you will recieve a customized Excel spreadsheet with your 6-week program.
This program can be edited to your liking and be used as many times as you wish. Once you complete the 6-week program you can go back and add more weight to each movement and do it agian, or if you feel ready for more of a challenge check out our advanced programs.
